Important Notice – Cleaning of Delicate or High-Value Garments
While we take the utmost care in cleaning every item, certain garments—especially wedding dresses, vintage items, and beaded or embellished fabrics—can be inherently delicate or unstable.
By leaving your item with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The item may be subject to age-related deterioration, colour loss, or structural weakness not visible prior to cleaning.
- We will clean the garment using methods appropriate for its material and construction, based on industry standards and manufacturer guidelines (where available).
- We cannot guarantee removal of all stains or full restoration of the garment’s original appearance.
- You accept that cleaning is done at your own risk, and we are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions, hidden flaws, or inherent fabric weaknesses.
Our liability, if any, will not exceed the fair market value of the garment, and proof of purchase or valuation may be required.
